It is a lovely base for one night.

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Strongly recommend for a quick layover

Clean room, friendly staff, with convenient amenities like free parking making it easy to explore the area.

Bugs in bathroom and most of the television stations were not clear.

The staff really stood out with their really good service, making the stay more pleasant despite some noisy surroundings and cleanliness concerns. While the grab-and-go breakfast was convenient, certain rooms needed better upkeep .

My problem was that for third time using Booked.net and writing my special needs and the hotel dosent know till I get there. I am a disabled vet and don't want to climb stairs. I alway mention that and everytime I get to the hotel they don't know until I get to the front desk. It is very annoying after a long drive to be told I have a 2nd floor room and I don't have any options. I don't like having lug my bags up the stairs. If they can't accommodate me I would have booked elsewhere.

Signage off road (Gracern & Stoneridge) would have been helpful, and then the last turn the sign is obscured by shrubs, you can seen the logo but not "ENTRANCE"

The room was very very clean and the bed was very comfortable I was very pleased

Gotten the cable back up and running that would have been nice

They loved the interactive exhibits and all the activities. Plus, the nearby Colonial Center had great events for family entertainment.

For dads, it would be great to have a cleaner and more cute environment.

Every detail of the hotel was perfect, all the staff were very very helpful. Our location was easy next to restaurants. It was also short walk to waffle house, the store and the zoo for Mother's Day. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.

Bugs was crawling all over the place in the room.

I booked her based on your "Good" rating. However, the place was so dirty, we immediately left. The night clerk said I would not be charged, but the charges are still showing on my account.
